You see in order to understand this, you need to know a little about my history. I started my working life as a medical doctor- stressed out working 80 hour weeks on the super-busy oncology ward. And after the death of one of my favourite patients, I realised that…
We Only Have a Limited Time on this Earth…
… and while I was very good at my job, it didn’t light me up. Since then I have discovered that over 50% of the population have found themselves in jobs that they were good at, but did not particularly enjoy at some stage. But back at that time I felt foolish and alone, harbouring secret desires to become an actress while my colleagues found fulfilment in tending to the sick.
But the loss of my favourite little Irish patient made me wake up and realise I had so much more to give, so much more to experience. Like all of us…
At any given moment there is always so much
more available to us,
and so much more we can give…
So, much to the surprise of my parents (both pharmacists), and the disappointment of my grandmother (a nurse herself- so proud to have a doctor in the family…) I left my safe and secure medical job to go to drama school… Hoping to become an actress.
One thing led to another, and that wasn’t the path in store for me. I went on to instead educate myself thoroughly in personal development, start a coaching business and eventually become an international speaker. When I started my working life, I didn’t even know that this profession or industry even existed!
But what can you learn from this?
If my story tells us anything it is that…
It doesn’t matter where you start- as long as you are
LISTENING TO YOUR HEART and EDUCATING YOUR MIND,
your dream lifestyle is only a matter of time away.
How much time? Well that depends on you. It took me 14 years to figure it out (hey- and I’m still learning) but it needn’t take you this long if you apply the simple tools and strategies I am now able to share.

As much as you may wish it, there’s no such thing as Instant Wealth.
I’m not promising that everyone will double their income next month. I’m not promising you’ll find the perfect business manager tomorrow. Not many students will do that! But you will notice a profound shift in your EFFICIENCY and EFFECTIVENESS that means you will be making the same, but usually MORE MONEY with MUCH LESS EFFORT. This will in turn give you time for the other things you want to create in your life. How do I know? I’ve seen it happen time and time again.
I’ve made an additional $2,000 in the last month, and finishing by 2:30pm!
Prior to doing the Shift Lifestyle work I worked long hours for very little return. I was only just covering rent of $5000/mth. I was overwhelmed thinking that I had to do everything when it came to running a business. I had got to the stage that I was about the close the clinic doors and walk away from it all.
Since starting the program I have employed a part time receptionist, put on another naturopath and given all new clients directly to her and only kept my current clients. I have also engaged a Marketing Manager on a contract basis.
I now have more time to work on business plans and take some time off, most days I finish at 2.30pm and then spend time with my kids. I have also started to put in place some ascension style marketing and I’m starting to sell packages so that I can earn more income without having to do more work. In fact, I have earned an additional $2000 this past month and I am taking 1 week off.
The best part is I know this is just the beginning and while I have a lot of work to do in the next 12 months, I’m excited because I will be able to take my kids to Disneyland next year. I will earn enough money to do so and I will be comfortable to leave my business to run without me for 6 weeks.

But again- I’m getting ahead of myself…
You see it took me lots of practice, and very hard work to figure this stuff out. In fact, in one 2 ½ year period I travelled to 3 different continents, working on the road, away from home for often more than 250 days a year. During that time I consulted with businesses resulting in total revenue of over $47 million. I managed all this before my 30th birthday. Sure- I had a “great life”. Who wouldn’t want to travel all over the world doing what they loved for a living right? Those 3 years changed my life.
But, while I generated a lot of income during that time, while I lived a life that some people IMAGINED they would love, I also nearly burnt out. There were months at a time I wouldn’t see my closest friends and family. I didn’t know how to slow down, switch off.
All my mentors had been men, so I had modeled them…
and modeled their masculine energy in getting things done.
My femininity had been ignored while I busily set about achieveing huge things – in the only paradigm I knew for achievement: the masculine. And I see so many women make the same result.

So, I therefore took nine months off, sampling retirement. In nine moths of nothing you can do a lot of thinking, a lot of processing (and have a lot of fun!) And it was during this period of time that I underwent my Lifestyle Shift and re-discovered the magic of creating from the feminine.
It was during this time that I experimented on myself, and my friends and close clients, and came up with processes and systems that would help women make decisions- the right decisions for their personality and their innermost, deepest desires.
After 9 months of testing, Greg and I decided to try out our assumptions and systems in your own business and we created “Shift Speaker Training”.

- The business went from ZERO to half a million dollars in 3 short months.
- We achieved this with only 3 of us: Greg, myself and 1 part time staff member.
- After those first 3 months, we slowed down, consolidated, moved country (yep- we re-located to London, just because we could!) and still went on to make over $1 million in our first 12 months.

Like I said, we love to travel. I’m typing this from my local café in Melbourne, Australia. And its nice to be home for a moment. But 10 days ago I was in London running events, two weeks before that I was in Tasmania for my sister’s wedding, 4 weeks ago I was in Sydney for a friends wedding, two weeks prior to that I was holidaying in Indonesia with my Dad, and 3 weeks before that I was sailing through Greece with Greg. Here’s some of the trips and places we have done in recent times:
But, that’s not the best bit I’m telling you… The best bit is this…every time we travel we come home with more money than we left with. That’s because our ongoing monthly income keeps flowing in, and often, we will go somewhere great, do some business, and have a holiday at the same time.
Lest you think I’m showing off- please realise I’m not. I write all this only to show you that with conscious effort, I have been able to CREATE this LIFESTYLE … exactly how I want it. It’s no accident. I did this on purpose because this is what I love.
You might look at all this travel and think EUCH- not me. But you don’t have to travel. Maybe you want to make your DREAM LIFESTYLE so you spend more time at home, more time with your kids or family. Maybe you harbour dreams to return to night school and study film-making… who knows. But don’t miss the point here…

The course began in December 2011. Training webinars are being held once a week, for 90 minutes until September 2012. Each module of 3-6 Lessons. Between each module there is a break of 2-3 weeks.
